Hi I’m Nathan.  I’m a physical therapist and I teach folks like you how to exercise, work and do everyday activities in ways that don't damage your body.  On this site I share what I've learnt over the last 20+ years so you can take back control of your physical health and experience a happier, more fulfilling way of life.

Why learn how to move better?

You have less chance of getting injured 

Proper movement patterns can help get rid of pain caused by poor posture or repetitive motion. Moving more effectively can also reduce the risk of injury during  sports, exercise and everyday activities like lifting or carrying.

Your sense of body awareness is enhanced

In addition to having better balance, a greater sense of body awareness can help you notice areas of weakness or tightness that may be contributing to discomfort.  

You are in more control of your body

Having better control over how your body moves helps you to do things quicker, safer and with more accuracy.  Better control can also mean more sustained energy levels and increased confidence in daily life.

Nathan is a highly experienced physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of injuries and problems, gaining a deep understanding of the human body and its complex workings.
